I happened to read the Gujarati book “Sanshodhangatha”. I was very much impressed with Dr. Zaverbhai’s (Inventor of Ultra-revolutionary Wheat Variety LOK-1) humanitarian work. I felt that non-Gujarati speaking people should also know about this great humanitarian. As a result of my hard work, “Invention Saga”, an English adaptation of “Sanshodhangatha”, has been published in 2013 with no selfish motive and for no personal gain.
This month (1st to 4th September 2013) All India Wheat and Barley Researchers’ Meet was organized by Directorate of Wheat Research at Kanpur. The good news is that a copy of the book “Invention Saga” and a flyer, probably 4 pages folded denoting Dr. Zaverbhai’s life sketch with photographs were distributed among the participants of the All India Wheat and Barley Researchers’ meet at Kanpur. A banner was displayed at an appropriate place
I have been a co-editor of a magazine named ‘Vichar Vignan’ published by ‘Manav Vikas Ane Kalyan Trust’.
